1. General Terms

AirNoLimits LLC provides aircraft rental services to qualified pilots under written Aircraft Lease Agreements.

All aircraft rentals are subject to the applicable signed agreement, aircraft availability, pilot qualifications, insurance requirements, and applicable aviation regulations.
 

2. Pilot Qualifications

Customers must hold the appropriate pilot certificate, meet applicable currency and medical requirements, and satisfy AirNoLimits LLC's aircraft checkout and insurance requirements before operating an aircraft.

AirNoLimits LLC reserves the right to deny aircraft use when required safety, qualification, insurance, or operational conditions have not been satisfied.
 

3. Reservations and Aircraft Availability

Aircraft reservations are subject to availability, scheduling procedures, and approval by AirNoLimits LLC.

Reservations may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to maintenance, weather, safety concerns, insurance requirements, or other legitimate operational circumstances.
 

4. Payments and Rental Charges

Rental rates, prepaid flight-hour packages, checkout fees, security deposits, and other applicable charges are disclosed in the relevant rental agreement or invoice.

Payment must be received in accordance with the signed agreement before aircraft use is authorized.
 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Prepaid aircraft rental hours are non-refundable except as expressly authorized in writing by AirNoLimits LLC or required by applicable law.

Additional terms regarding cancellations, scheduling changes, aircraft unavailability, and refunds are provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable signed Aircraft Lease Agreement.
 

6. Aircraft Operation and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for operating rented aircraft safely and in compliance with applicable FAA regulations, aircraft operating limitations, insurance requirements, and the signed rental agreement.

Operational responsibilities, permitted uses, fuel requirements, aircraft care, and return procedures are governed by the applicable signed Aircraft Lease Agreement.
 

7. Service Delivery

AirNoLimits LLC provides aircraft rental services through scheduled access to aircraft at designated airport locations.

No physical products are sold or shipped. Aircraft access is provided subject to completion of the applicable rental agreement, payment, pilot qualifications, insurance verification, and required checkout procedures.
 

8. Liability and Insurance

Customers must comply with all insurance requirements specified in their signed Aircraft Lease Agreement.

Responsibilities concerning aircraft damage, operational incidents, insurance deductibles, and other potential liabilities are governed by the applicable agreement and applicable law.
