Payment and Purchased-Hour Terms

Applies to regular-rate, discounted, block-rate, solo, and shared flight hours

01   Advance Payment

All purchased hours must be paid in advance, either in full or under an approved written installment schedule. Each installment is due before the corresponding hours are flown.

02   Non-Refundable Purchased Hours

All purchased hours, including unused hours, are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be converted into a monetary credit.

03   Use and Transfer of Hours

Purchased hours must be used within the period stated in the rental agreement. They may not be transferred, resold, or assigned without prior written approval.

04   Solo and Shared Rates

Solo rates apply to one approved renter. Shared rates apply only under an authorized shared-pilot arrangement, with allocation governed by the rental agreement.

05   Pilot Qualifications and Checkout

Every pilot must meet Air No Limits qualification, checkout, insurance, and operating requirements. Checkout fees are separate unless included in writing.

06   Dry Rates and Operating Costs

All listed rental and block rates are dry. Renters are responsible for fuel, oil, and other operating expenses unless Air No Limits agrees otherwise in writing.

07   Availability, Maintenance, and Substitution

Aircraft use is subject to scheduling, availability, maintenance, weather, and operating restrictions. Substitution and downtime remedies are governed by the signed rental agreement.

08   Discounts and Promotions

Discount and block rates may not be combined with another promotion or discount unless approved by Air No Limits in writing.
