1. General Policy

AirNoLimits LLC provides aircraft rental services under written Aircraft Lease Agreements. All reservations, cancellations, payments, and refunds are governed by the applicable signed agreement, this policy, and applicable law.
 

2. Prepaid Rental Hours

All prepaid aircraft rental hours are non-refundable, including unused hours resulting from early completion, cancellation by the renter, scheduling changes, personal circumstances, weather delays, or voluntary nonuse, except solely at the discretion of AirNoLimits LLC, as expressly authorized in writing, or where required by applicable law.

Customers acknowledge and accept these terms as part of their signed Aircraft Lease Agreement.
 

3. Customer Cancellations

Customers should notify AirNoLimits LLC promptly if they need to cancel or reschedule an aircraft reservation.

Cancellation or rescheduling does not entitle the customer to a refund of unused prepaid rental hours, except as expressly provided in the applicable signed agreement or required by law.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to aircraft availability, applicable scheduling procedures, and the terms of the signed rental agreement.

Any applicable cancellation, no-show, or late-return charges are governed by the rental agreement and separately disclosed fee schedules.
 

4. Aircraft Unavailability

AirNoLimits LLC reserves the right to cancel, delay, suspend, or reschedule aircraft use due to maintenance, mechanical conditions, weather, safety concerns, insurance requirements, operational restrictions, or other legitimate circumstances.

If AirNoLimits LLC cancels or refuses aircraft release before use begins, the company may reschedule the rental, provide credit, or refund the applicable unused portion, in accordance with the signed rental agreement and applicable law.

Aircraft unavailability and related remedies are governed by the applicable Aircraft Lease Agreement.
 

5. Refund Requests

AirNoLimits LLC does not provide refunds for unused prepaid rental hours except as expressly authorized in writing by the company or required by applicable law.

Customers may contact AirNoLimits LLC regarding billing discrepancies or circumstances that may qualify for an exception under the applicable signed rental agreement.

Any such request will be reviewed in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable law.
 

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact AirNoLimits LLC directly regarding billing errors, unauthorized charges, or payment discrepancies so that concerns can be reviewed and addressed promptly.

All aircraft rental payments are subject to the terms of the applicable signed Aircraft Lease Agreement, including the agreed cancellation and refund provisions.

AirNoLimits LLC maintains signed rental agreements, payment records, aircraft reservation and usage documentation, and customer correspondence. The company reserves the right to contest chargebacks and submit supporting evidence when disputes are inconsistent with documented transactions and agreed contractual terms.

Nothing in this policy restricts customers' rights under applicable law or payment card network rules.
